QuickPay ACH Debit Authorization
Effective October 13, 2026
When you add money to your QuickPay account from a bank account, you authorize a one-time ACH debit. Each authorization is shown to you on the top-up screen with the exact amount, date and account, and you accept it by checking a box. We keep a record of the text, its version (ACH-WEB-2026-10-13), the time and your IP address, as the Nacha Operating Rules require for internet-initiated (WEB) entries.
Authorization text
By checking this box and selecting "Authorize", I authorize Royal Payment Solutions, LLC (QuickPay), acting on behalf of its bank partner, to make a single ACH debit of {amount} from my bank account ending in {account}, on or after {date}, and to credit that amount to my QuickPay account. I confirm that I own this bank account and am allowed to authorize debits from it. If the debit is returned unpaid, the amount will be removed from my QuickPay balance as the Cardholder Agreement allows. I may revoke this authorization by emailing support@getroyalpay.com. To take effect, my revocation must reach QuickPay before the debit is sent to the ACH network. This authorization follows the Nacha Operating Rules for internet-initiated entries (WEB) and the laws of the United States.
The values in braces are filled in with the details of each top-up.
Only your own account
You may link only a checking or savings account held at a US bank in your own name. We confirm ownership with two small test deposits before the account can be used.
Returned debits
If your bank returns a debit, for example because of insufficient funds or a closed account, the amount is removed from your QuickPay balance. Repeated returns may lead us to disable top-ups for your account.
Errors and unauthorized debits
If you believe a debit from your bank account was not authorized or was for the wrong amount, contact your bank and QuickPay support. Your rights under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E are explained in the Cardholder Agreement and by your bank.
