QuickPay Terms of Use
Effective October 13, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickPay website at https://quick.getroyalpay.com and the QuickPay app (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Royal Payment Solutions, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("QuickPay", "we", "us"). Document version 2026-10-13.
1. Who we are
QuickPay is a financial technology company, not a bank. The QuickPay prepaid account and the virtual cards are issued by [ISSUING_BANK] (the "Bank") through our card platform provider, Lithic, Inc. Your use of the account and cards is governed by the Cardholder Agreement between you and the Bank. If these Terms and the Cardholder Agreement conflict about the account or a card, the Cardholder Agreement controls.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, are a resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, have a valid Social Security number, and are not a person with whom US persons are prohibited from dealing under sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. You may open only one account, for your own personal, family or household use.
3. Identity verification
Federal law requires the Bank to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you apply, we ask for your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number and other information, and our card platform verifies it. We may ask for documents. We may refuse, limit or close an account if we cannot verify your identity or if we believe the account is used in a way that breaks the law, these Terms or the Cardholder Agreement.
4. Your account login
Keep your password and authenticator codes private. Tell us at once if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity in your account to the extent the Cardholder Agreement and applicable law, including the Electronic Fund Transfer Act and Regulation E, make you responsible.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service for anything illegal, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, unlawful gambling or the purchase of illegal goods. You may not open accounts for other people, use another person's identity or bank account, resell the Service, probe or attack our systems, or collect data from the Service by automated means.
6. Fees
Fees are listed in the prepaid account fee disclosures and in the Cardholder Agreement. We will not charge a fee that is not disclosed there. We give advance notice of fee increases as the law requires.
7. Communications
By accepting the E-Sign Consent you agree to receive notices electronically. We send service messages about your account by email. We send marketing messages only if you ask for them, and you can stop them at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, text, designs and the QuickPay and RoyalPay names and logos, belongs to Royal Payment Solutions, LLC or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change the Service. We may change these Terms by posting a new version and, where the change affects your rights, by notifying you at least 21 days before it takes effect, or earlier where the law requires.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the website and app are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, Regulation E, or any other law that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, QuickPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or app. This section does not limit our liability for our gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to you as the Cardholder Agreement describes. We may suspend or close your account as described in section 3 and in the Cardholder Agreement.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by federal law and, to the extent not preempted, by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve any concern. You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov or with the regulator in your state.
