QuickPay E-Sign Consent
Effective October 13, 2026
This consent is given under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., "E-SIGN Act"). Please read it before you accept. Document version 2026-10-13.
1. What this consent covers
By accepting, you agree that Royal Payment Solutions, LLC (QuickPay) and [ISSUING_BANK] (the "Bank") may provide the following to you electronically instead of on paper: the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, the Cardholder Agreement, fee disclosures, the Bank's privacy notice, account histories and statements, error resolution notices, notices of change in terms, ACH authorizations and receipts, and any other communication about your account that the law requires to be in writing (together, "Communications"). This consent applies to your QuickPay account for as long as it is open.
2. How we deliver Communications
We deliver Communications by posting them in the QuickPay app or on https://quick.getroyalpay.com, or by email to the address in your profile with a link or attachment. A Communication is considered received when it is sent to your email address or made available in the app.
3. Paper copies
You may ask for a paper copy of any Communication at no charge by emailing support@getroyalpay.com with your mailing address. Asking for a paper copy does not withdraw this consent.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time, at no charge, by emailing support@getroyalpay.com with the subject "Withdraw E-Sign consent". QuickPay is an online-only service, so if you withdraw consent we will close your account and return any remaining balance to you as the Cardholder Agreement describes. Withdrawal does not affect the legal effect of Communications provided before it takes effect.
5. Keeping your contact details current
You must keep your email address current. You can change it in the app under Security or by contacting support.
6. Hardware and software you need
- A device with internet access and a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge with cookies and JavaScript enabled.
- An email account that can receive messages from support@getroyalpay.com and our sending address.
- Software that can open PDF files, and enough storage to save Communications, or a printer.
If these requirements change in a way that could stop you from accessing or keeping Communications, we will tell you and you may withdraw consent without any fee.
7. Your confirmation
By accepting, you confirm that you can access and save this page, which shows that you can receive Communications electronically, and that you consent to electronic delivery.
